When inquiring about an order, please email us with your order number so we can easily search you in our system. Orders placed in the US will arrive in 2-7 business days (Some items can take 14 Days). Please allow 24-48 hrs for orders to be processed.

If you have not received an email with tracking after the 7th business days, please contact us so we can check the status of the order. Many times it is caused by the speed of the postal service. Some items may also arrive separately.

 

VIPER TEC KNIVES ORDERS

Viper Tec Knives are made to order. This means the parts to each one must be sorted and then handle assembled / quality checked prior to being packaged up for shipment. Due to extremely high order volumes durging our Holiday Season, we are asking for 7-14 days to process certain orders containing Viper Tec / Hendrix OTF Knives.
